December is a busy month...

December is a busy time for everyone- but for us it's SUPER busy.  This year we had Thanksgiving, our anniversary and Sophia's birthday all in the same weekend!!  Sophia's second birthday was on 12/1/13- she had an owl themed party with a gourmet cake made by Sharon pictured below! 

We are so spoiled with all of our cakes. 

They are just as delicious as they are gorgeous! 

 

Sophia got a new playroom and a play kitchen with all the accessories for her birthday- she loves it!!  She will get a few more additions to her kitchen including a table and chairs from Santa:)

She is pretty fun this year with Christmas.  She LOVES Christmas trees and looking at the Christmas lights...we have to spend some time each evening with just the lights from the tree on.  She is SO sweet!

 Been working on potty training and of course she has to wear her undies outside of her jammies sometimes just for the fashion statement.  Had to have the necklaces too!

Sharon got a new puppy, Maizey- she is just the right size:)

 With all of the crazy that has been happening this month I managed to make it out with some long time friends for some good laughs and good wine. 

Fallon Football made it to the state playoffs so we went to support them at Damonte Ranch earlier this month...they lost but I think the whole town came out to show their support and it was pretty cool.  All of the alumni wore their letterman jackets which is both hilarious and nostalgic. 

Kaylene and I had a great time!!

Poor Midge is so patient and such a good dog with our girl.  She is subjected to so much and just sits there:)
